Join Meg Garvin, Executive Director of the National Crime Victim Law Institute, on April 27th for a workshop on creating a foundation for advocacy at first contact with victims. Presented in association with the Center for Community Engagement, this training is offering as part of a series of free workshops with the aim to provide attendees with the information, skills and resources needed to help support them in acting in resistance to hate and bias.

New Training Available in the Trainings Database
On February 15th, NCVLI and the National Alliance of Victims’ Rights Attorneys (NAVRA) launched the 2012 Training Series with the webinar presentation “Protecting Victims from Re-Victimization: Securing Testimonial Accommodations.” The webinar drew 44 participants - 13 were attorneys and 27 were advocates or social workers.
